We understand that different people have different choices. If you would like to return all the products and cancel your membership after you receive your first shipment, we will accept the return and refund your payment if you could kindly ensure the following:
- Intimate us that you would like to return the shipment within 24 hours of delivery of the shipment by mailing us at hello@jollywagger.com
- Ensure that all products are in the same condition as received - unopened, undamaged, labels intact
- Ensure that all the service vouchers received in your membership kit are unused and undamaged
- Pack all the products and service vouchers in the same box that you received them in
Once you confirm on the above points, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of your shipment. Your payment will be refunded only after the shipment is returned to us and checked by our team. We may deduct the to & fro shipping cost and, in case any product is found missing or damaged, we may deduct the price of such products.
